Every time I host the Crazy Wild Love Holiday challenge, I am blown away by the excitement, support, and dedication from women who join in. We had around 300 women sign up for the challenge, and hundreds of posts and photos between Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.

I haven’t hosted the challenge for two years since having my son Kai. I was amazed to see women from my new mom’s group so enthusiastic and devoted to doing the challenges each day. It made me realize that whether we are mothers, college students, full-time working women, teachers, just struggling to make it through the day, or anything in between – taking the time to practice self-love and create a meaningful life is not only needed but wanted in today’s busy world.

It’s not easy to go against the grain and commit to making yourself a priority while slowing down during the holidays, but I hope you experienced that the more filled up you are, the more happiness you have to love and care for others and expect exceptional relationships.

I did this challenge because I really want other women to see that true joy and love doesn’t come from stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. It can only come from self-love, self-care, and commitment.

Anyone who performed just one of the challenges, or all of them, I greatly applaud your effort and am still cheering you on each step of the way. There were two women who stood out with their creativity and effort.

The Crazy Wild Love Academy scholarship winners and $25 Sephora gift card go to Melody Cave @ohmelodyart and Chelsea Murphy who posted through a Facebook group.

Congratulations!! I am so excited for both of you and acknowledge how you showed up as a leader and support to other women.

Below are some photos from the challenge:

On Facebook during the last day of the challenge I saw this post from Shari:

“Now it’s the last day, that saddens me. I’ve stayed focused and positive most of the time over the past two weeks. I am so glad I had this opportunity. Today is Give Yourself A Gift day. My gift is that I’m alive and still able to fight my lung disease. I can’t express how hard it is some days to stay positive. Today I am, and for that I am grateful. Thank you Alexis Meads for this challenge, it helped to save my life one day at a time.”

Even though the challenge is over, I want you to know you are supported.

The truth is that when we take on a short commitment to start taking care of ourselves, we are in bliss. We’re inspired, we feel better, our relationships improve, and everything in the world seems a shade brighter. Without guidance, support, community, and commitment – our new vitality can fizzle out.

The doors to the Crazy Wild Love Academy are opening again in January.

Like the challenge, I haven’t run this program since before giving birth to Kai. It is an incredible journey into self-love, self-confidence, and unlocking the key to extraordinary relationships.

I am thrilled to be opening the doors again with fresh content, amazing guest teachers, and the community of women who continue to support each other in our private group.

We have only just scratched the surface of what’s possible.

If you are satisfied with where you are, I will continue to support you and look forward to connecting with you on Instagram and in my weekly coaching emails. You are now part of our community, and I can’t wait to get to know you better.

See you around brave soul…you matter.

Love,
